Program Name and Description

The Geeks5G SMS program provides text messages from Geeks5G LLC to people who have opted in to the applicable message category.

Depending on your selections, you may receive:

• Marketing messages: special offers, promotions, and announcements about Geeks5G services.
• Informational messages: responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, account notifications, and updates about services you have requested.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent and Enrollment

You enroll by providing your phone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox on a Geeks5G form.

Marketing and informational consent are separate and optional. You may select either option, both options, or neither. Neither checkbox is selected by default.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or form submission. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies according to your interactions with us and the message categories you select.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Geeks5G text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message acknowledging your request. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.

To rejoin, submit a new opt-in using a Geeks5G signup form and select the desired consent option.

Delivery and Carrier Responsibility

Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone Number Changes

If you change or stop using your phone number, please unsubscribe or contact us so we can update your messaging preferences.

SMS Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may access information only as needed to operate and support our messaging program.

Changes to the Program

We may update or discontinue the SMS program. Material changes affecting the scope of consent will require any additional consent required by applicable law. Updates will not automatically enroll you in additional message categories.
